Dr. Taco Rijssemus is a strategic leader and advisor operating at the intersection of leadership, change, and creativity. With more than twenty years of C-level experience in international media organizations, he combines deep insight into creative processes with a strong focus on strategy, organizational development, and sustainable growth.

He began his career at SBS in various content-related roles and moved to the public broadcasting sector in 2009, where he led KRO. Following the merger with NCRV in 2014, he played an important role in shaping organizational and cultural change within the Dutch public broadcasting system. In 2017, he became CEO of IDTV (part of All3Media), where he oversaw the development and first production of THE TRAITORS, which has since become a global franchise. From 2021 to 2024, he led All3Media’s companies in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany, with a strong focus on strategy, growth, and transformation.


Since 2024, Taco has been a partner at 3Rivers, where he advises organizations on strategy, transformation, and leadership. In addition, he supports leaders across various sectors on issues related to decision-making under uncertainty, innovation, and designing agile, learning organizations.


His work is further enriched by his academic background: he is affiliated with Utrecht University, where his doctoral research and the Creative Leadership Research Lab contribute to an evidence-based approach to leadership in complex, rapidly changing environments.
