In his professional journey, Boudewijn Beusmans has made a transition from lawyer to media CEO. After completing his law studies, he practiced law for nearly 7 years, specializing in corporate law, business disputes, and M&A activities. With this legal background, Boudewijn made a shift to the production company EndemolShine. Over a span of 15 years, he progressed there from being a legal advisor to becoming the chairman of the Netherlands and Northern Europe, overseeing operations in Belgium, Germany, and Scandinavia. At the end of 2020, he left the EndemolShine Group, to shortly thereafter become CEO and partner at independent production company NewBe.
In early 2024, Boudewijn joined 3Rivers as a senior consultant, where he combines his profound knowledge and experience in strategy and M&A with a strong sense of talent development and organizational structuring. Apart from M&A, Boudewijn concentrates on addressing questions at the intersection of strategy, leadership, and organization. He places importance not only on determining 'what' needs to be done but also on 'how' to implement these strategies in a sustaining manner.
