Dr. Tanja Deuerling has always been there where media innovation happens. She has a great track record as consultant, trainer and project leader for innovation- and change management in the German media world. Tanja started her career in the TV business and worked as an editor-in-chief, executive producer, head of format development for the big TV broadcasters and production houses like ProSiebenSat1 and ITV. Tanja Deuerling received her doctorate at the Film university Babelsberg and published her thesis "Innovation Management for New TV" in 2016. Tanja joined 3Rivers in 2011.
